How to check in

Please make your hotel reservations through the Official website, Jalan net, or Rakuten Travel.Please understand that we only accept payment in advance.

*We do not accept reservations by phone or fax.

We will send you important check-in information, such as online check-in and entry codes, via email.
Please be sure to check yourself before the day of your stay to make sure you have received an email from "@ client.airhost.co".
*The content of the email will differ from the "Accommodation reservation confirmation email" sent from Official website, Jalan, and Rakuten Travel.

Check-in email
■After the reservation is confirmed...A reservation confirmation email will be sent to you.
■3 days before check-in date...You will receive check-in details and an entry code via email.(If your reservation is close to check-in date, it will not be sent.)
■On the day of check-in...You will receive check-in details and an entry code via email.

*The "room entry code" is only valid during your stay (from 15:00 on the check-in date to 11:00 on the check-out date).

"Online check-in"...On the day of your stay, you will need to check in via the website yourself.(*Please note that there is no face-to-face check-in by staff.)

［How to use］
■STEP1　Prepare for online check-in
・You can start "online check-in" from within a 300m radius of the Inn Kura Hug.
・Please prepare the reservation email or reminder email sent from "@ client.airhost.co" and access the website from the specified link URL.

■STEP2　Upload images of required documents
Please upload various images on the online check-in site.
Please send photos of each person individually, not a group photo.
You can either take the photos on the spot or take them in advance and have the images ready.

　*For those residing in Japan...Guest photo(Upload one image for each person)
　*For those residing outside Japan...Photos of all guests (upload one photo per person), ID(passport)
　*Guests staying with their pet dog...Photos of all guests, including your dog (upload one photo per person), and a consent form for your dog to stay


■STEP3　Check-in complete
Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the check-in process.

If you come by car, please use the designated parking lot (Kyoto Store No. 1 Parking Lot).
There will be signs indicating "Parking areas reserved for guests only," so please park in those spaces.

Please come to the accommodation building "Yadonokura Hug" after check-in time of 3:00 p.m.
Please enter the room by entering the "entrance code" that was sent to you in advance by email into the control panel next to the door.

A guide to using the facility can be found above the shoe locker at the entrance to the accommodation building, "Yadonokura Hug."
After checking in, please be sure to look at it before entering the room.

Three automatic locking doors are installed in the facility to ensure guest privacy.When entering the room, please enter the "entry code" on the operation panel to unlock it.
Once you enter the room, the door will be automatically locked again.

There are three locked doors in the facility.
01. Entrance door of the accommodation building "Yadonokura Hug"
02. Lounge building - Guest-only lounge "Haon Namioto" entrance door
03. The guest room door of the "Haon Namioto"

*The "room entry code" is only valid during your stay (from 15:00 on the check-in date to 11:00 on the check-out date).

Please leave by check-out time of 11:00.
When you leave, please access the same URL (link) as when you checked in and complete the check-out procedure yourself.
Even if you do not complete the check-out procedure, cleaning staff will enter the room after 11:00 to do their work.Please understand.
