Dining information for the inn "Kura Hug"

Choose your favorite food at your favorite time.In order to allow our guests to enjoy their stay freely, we do not offer a meal menu at Hug Inn.
The closest shopping district to the hotel is Kyoden Shopping Arcade and Higashihonmachi area, as well as Matsue's only downtown area, Isemiyacho, which is within walking distance.We recommend dining out so you can fully enjoy Matsue cuisine.You can also purchase local produce nearby and bring it in to enjoy cooking in the kitchen.

If you make a reservation at least four days in advance, you can also use meals and catering at our sister hotel, Naniwa Issui.(Advance card payment only)

Bounty from Lake Shinji, Japanese seafood, Shimane Wagyu beef.Enjoy the taste of a traditional inn in your dining room.
The food will be delivered in an insulated bag.
If necessary, you can keep it cold in the refrigerator in your guest room kitchen and reheat it in the kitchen before eating.

    Freshly cooked washed Nita rice in the rice cooker in your room.
    The clam soup from Lake Shinji is a set that can be heated in the kitchen.

How to use delivery food

◆Reservations… Please make your reservation at least 4 days before the date of use.(All menus)
◆Payment… Advance card payment only.Please make your reservation through the reservation page on the Official website of Inn Kura Hug.
◆Please contact us at least 4 days in advance if you have food allergies, are vegetarian or vegan, etc.The availability and suggestions will vary depending on the content.

  • *Please check the following points before applying.

    ◆Delivery time (dinner)… It will be delivered to you before check-in.(Time cannot be specified.)
    ◆Delivery time (breakfast)… It will be delivered the day before check-in.(Time cannot be specified.)
    ◆Delivery form… Delivered in a cool bag./Some of the food will be kept cold in the guest room refrigerator.
    ◆Setup and service provision... There will be no service staff setting up or serving food.
    (We will enclose a photo of the arrangement as a reference, so please arrange the food yourself.)
    ◆Collection of dishes... Containers and cooler bags will be collected the next day at 11:00 (after check-out).
    ◆Please refrain from taking any tableware home as it will be collected.
  • Delivered in a cool bag./Some of it will be kept cold in the guest room refrigerator.

    ◆Before check-in, your food will be delivered to the kitchen area in a refrigerated bag.

  • Delivery and collection(In case of consecutive stays)

    For consecutive stays such as the second and third nights...
    ◆Delivery times are between 12 noon and 3pm.(Time cannot be specified.)
    ◆If you are not at home, we will make a non-face-to-face delivery to your kitchen or refrigerator.
    ◆We will be storing food in the refrigerator, so please make sure to leave as much space as possible.
    ◆Guests can also use the refrigerator in the Haon Lounge for drinks and other items.
     (Not available if you are using plan that only includes use of the accommodation building.)
    ◆Please collect any utensils etc. by placing them in an insulated bag and placing it in the footwell at the entrance.
    ◆To maintain quality, please consume your meal on the same day (breakfast is available until 11:00 AM).
  • Regarding tableware, cancellation fees, and catering

    ◆Plates, cutlery such as knives and forks, and tableware such as glasses are available in the kitchen.
    ◆The cancellation policy for delivered meals is the same as the cancellation policy for accommodation (or the policy for the plan you have applied for).Please confirm.
